According to NY Metro Parents, today is National Cupcake Day, with a celebration planned at Sidebar, in NYC tonight at 6:30 PM (EST.) Well, that’s news to me. According to my calendar, National Cupcake Day isn’t until October 18th (National Chocolate Cupcake), November 10th (National Vanilla Cupcake) and December 15th (National Lemon Cupcake.)
