Pony Birthday Cupcakes

Each pony cupcake topper was hand sculpted from Choco-Pan Fondant. Carrie used her ‘Dreamsicle” cupcake recipe and Strawberry Shortcake with Amaretto to create this special birthday order. What divine cupcake flavors! You must read Fields of Cake and Other Good Stuff to learn more about Carrie’s heavenly cupcakes.

According to Punchbowl.com, today, July 25, 2009 is National Cowboy Day. Sure, why not?!

We here at Zen Cupcake got the day covered. Celebrate with Cowboy and Cowgirl Cupcakes. Some of our favorite cupcakes were created by Orange County, California based Two Parts Sugar and Maine home based cake artist Carrie Fields.
