Nom Nom Nom Necklace by Couch Objects

March 16, 2009

From the Etsy store of Couch Objects

I don’t buy too many things on Etsy these days. But, when I saw this “NOM” necklace from the Etsy store of London-based Couch Objects, I bought it.

Couch Objects has created a line of Web 2.0 and Twitter buzzword necklaces. Their biggest seller appears to be the “Twitterati-the upper echelons of the social twitter class.”

Others include, “@me”, “beta”, “social” “open ID” and “geek.” Each necklace is cut from black acrylic and hangs on a silver chain.

The inspiration behind Couch Objects? “Because we suck at code.”

Gotta love the transparency! Custom orders are invited.

According to the HouseofNom.com, ” ‘Nom nom nom’ is the sound a person or animal makes while ravenously chowing down a delicious meal.” Guilty. I really love cupcakes!
