Paris Inspired Cupcakes by Wee Love Baking

February 14, 2009

Paris Inspiration,
originally uploaded by Lots of Sprinkles – Sharon.

I love these black and white cupcakes with a touch of pink. They were made for Valentine’s Day by Lots of Sprinkles aka Sharon from Sydney, Australia.

They certainly do inspire memories of Paris: Love, The Eiffel Tower, the Opera, Haute Couture, Pink Ribbons (Think Gigi), the Rooster (coq au vin), etc.

Sharon is from Down Under and is the creator of some of my favorite cupcakes, notably her fondant cupcake transformations of the Sex and the City women in celebration of the movie release in May 2008.

You can see more of Sharon’s cupcakery in her blog and website.

Sharon Wee is the extraordinary baker formerly known as “Lots of Sprinkles.” Her new website is entitled, Wee Love Baking. You can view her new blog here.

Thanks Sharon!

Just when I think I’ve seen the best looking cupcake out there, somebody creates another. These are gorgeous and classy!
